What data Cleriq holds, how we handle it, and the cookies this website uses.
Your data
- We hold the minimum. Cleriq keeps only the fields it needs to answer questions. Personal contact details — emails, phone numbers, postal addresses — are never copied.
- Read-only. Cleriq reads your data but never writes back to your CRM or other systems.
- Each organisation is isolated. Your data and configuration are kept separate from every other organisation's.
Cookies
We measure site visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The cookies we do set are:
- cleriq_consent — Essential. Remembers your cookie choice for 180 days.
- cleriq_mkt — Optional. Remembers which version of the site you're seeing, for 90 days. Only set if you accept.
- Sign-in cookies — Essential. Set only when you sign in to the app, to keep you signed in.
You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
