Your data stays yours.
Cleriq is built for sectors where data governance is paramount. Our approach is simple and deliberate: hold the minimum, exclude personal contact details by design, isolate every organisation, and keep every path read-only.
We hold the minimum
Cleriq keeps a focused analytical copy of your data — just the fields needed to answer questions. Its schema has no columns for emails, phone numbers, or postal addresses: personal contact details are excluded by design, not by policy.
Read-only by design
Cleriq reads your data to answer questions. It never writes back to your CRM — there's no path for it to modify your records.
Each tenant is isolated
Your data is yours alone. Cleriq isolates every organisation's data and configuration; one client can never see another's.
How a question actually flows.
- You ask a question in plain English on your branded Cleriq.
- Cleriq translates it into a precise, read-only query.
- The query runs against your organisation's isolated analytical copy — a curated set of views, never your raw records.
- The result is rendered as a chart and shown to you — ready to save to a dashboard.
The cookies we use.
We measure site usage with Vercel Web Analytics, which identifies visitors from a hash of the request rather than a cookie — nothing is stored on your device, and the hash is discarded after a day. It runs for every visitor; there's nothing to opt into. The marketing site sets exactly one optional first-party cookie of its own, and only ever with your say-so via the consent bar. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- cleriq_consent — essential; remembers your cookie choice (including a refusal) for 180 days.
- cleriq_mkt — design testing; remembers which version of the site you're testing, for 90 days. Only set if you accept.
- Sign-in cookies — essential; set only when you sign in to the app, to keep you signed in.
