How seamless is the Dynamics 365 integration?
Cleriq connects to your live Dynamics 365 environment and reads your schema directly — there's no data warehouse to build and no models to maintain. Once connected, your team can ask questions in plain English and get answers against your real, live CRM data.
How is our proprietary data secured?
Cleriq queries your data in place and never stores it. Answers are computed at query time against your live Dynamics 365 and discarded — we don't copy, cache, or warehouse your business data. Each tenant is isolated, and access is read-only by design.
Can we mix and match tiers within our organisation?
Yes. Pricing is per seat, so you can give power users a Premium seat while others use Basic — or start everyone on Free and upgrade individuals as their needs grow. Your administrator manages seats and tiers from the admin console.
What counts as a query?
A query is one natural-language question you ask Cleriq that runs against your data. Charts are built from the data queries built by Cleriq and are re-usable, so you'll never be charged for re-rendering an existing chart.
